Bicycling in Patra city center on a rainy day

Faster than the cars, less expensive than the cars, better health than driving a car, less illegally doubled parked cars in the city center, yet Patras citizens use only their cars specially when it rains.
Anyway there is not even a single bicycle road in this city and cars have occupied streets, pavements and footpaths..
